We do have a claims person coming out Monday, but now that I have seen the damage it's not worth taking it in for what is there.
Besides we have the touch up paint specific for our Cashmere colored car and it cost twenty bucks for just a little syringe sized tube and Hubby will try that or a cute vanity plate to hide it?
(You see in Florida we are only required to have a back license plate.)
But what could it say?
Good question, hmm?
Way over sixty and still going strong?
No batteries needed, we just plod on no matter what! (Too long) or No batteries needed; we have get up and go emblazoned in our brains, otherwise someone might throw dirt on us! ( Way too long!)
We aren't Snowbirds! (No offense to snowbirds that help our economy and keep our taxes fairly low, but we are here all year round and you guys make our roads full to capacity for those six months you are here and some don't even know where they are going, check your GPS please!)
Even though we know where we are going, don't follow us so close! (Too long again)
Too close for comfort so back off! (Better?)
We like shelling, do you?
Our other car is a Rolls.
We are just like you without the bad driving!
Don't make me break!
Hey wait a minute this would be on a front plate, uh oh...
Coming through!
Again: Our other car is a Rolls. (Would still work)
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, we're having so much fun!
Fancy is as fancy does, huh?
The Villages. (A fancy community)
Lakewood Ranch. (Another fancy community)
But alas we do not live there, we are not in a gated community where people have false impressions of being safe, and leave their doors unlocked and get robbed nightly or worse, this is on the news nearly daily.
I thought only smart people were wealthy, why are they so dumb about why they get robbed?
And leave so much stuff in their cars, that have been stolen too with even their keys in them, huh?
Why are they so surprised?
We live in a crime ridden neighborhood and keep our vehicle in our garage locked away, and our six foot fencing even has locks on the gates that are locked and besides all our house doors have double locks!
Should I express outrage on our plate?
Sorry for the turn of events...
But please people, my husband is retired law enforcement and I used to have his people come to talk to my seniors at the Arthritis Foundation support group meetings on safety. I was co-president of the group back then and that was twenty years ago, sadly not much has changed; if nothing else it is now much more problematic.
Folks please be careful!
Hey that might work...since that is where we got hit.
BE CAREFUL!
On that note of realization, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
Our yard is well lit with one of those lights that automatically goes on and lights up our dock and boat too as if it was daylight!
