Speaking My Mind is about: Tobi, who is a middle aged, no, oh all right a slightly over the hill woman with all the imperfections that go with that, and this concerns her daily life's perceptions and experiences.

They did get back to me, but you judge...
...correspondence between us, meaning myself and Century Link...and their return response to my initial letter of the day before and it is on the bottom of this blog in its entirety: I did use Me for me, and removed my home address and phone number and last four digits of my social security number and I bet you all know why, yep some things we mustn't share... oh and the reference number they gave to me too is gone here too as well as the name of their rep. I hope I got it all.

Comments: Having to ASK for discounts every six months doesn't make sense. We should just have them applied to our billed account. You're the only company that plays this game with its customers. I feel sorry for those who do not realize they have to contact you bi-yearly to attain something that should be easier to attain! Please change this unfair business practice. As a retired business woman I think that you should reassess this way of dealing with your valued customers!
Last Four SSN:
*Much vital personal info was omitted due to no one has to know reasoning, but it is privacy issues, though as you can read for yourself they got back to me about my concerns in a very timely fashion.
Although, as you can also see they just politely handed it off and I sincerely doubt there will be anymore done about it in the respect of hearing from anyone who actually has the ability to change things. I also added back in the apostrophes in two words they had omitted of mine, otherwise verbatim. Were they dumbing me down?
Not too far a drop, even I must admit grammatically speaking... ha!
On this note of oh yeah, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
