My day and yours are...

...more than likely very different!
At least I hope so.

I awake from anytime between 4 A.M. and close to 8 A.M.!
Remove my CPAP and fling my legs over the side...
From bed I most recently have been adding into my wardrobe a nifty to the knee "fracture" boot, in lightweight Velcro and metal...NOT!
It is my temporary wardrobe addition until we get back my x-rays and MRI results of my LEFT FOOT and ANKLE taken this past Thursday!
I truly doubt there is anything too badly wrong going on, since it appears normal, slight swelling of that outer bone region, but no bruising and only hurts when I try to walk on it on the heel and instep like my arch fell, yup, the walker is used inside to my landing spots, less than ten feet apart in our home.
But also the walker is less detrimental to our indoor decor than maneuvering my BIG BLUE ride!
Yes, the turning radius is amazing for BIG BLUE, but our home's infrastructure is still in that 1958 sturdy narrowness of hallways and doorways, a bit of a tight squeeze!
Any-who, I also add for wardrobe design purposes, a thumb/wrist brace of exactly the same quality as the ankle/leg brace, also in basic black... goes with everything!
Except the heat of outdoors in our sunny state of FLORIDA!
From there it is a short wheelie into the sun-room to open blinds, and Hubby's/my shower bathroom with oak wooden blinds matching the decor in there..., and lastly the front window with its verticals, no longer considered fashionable, but with pets the most durable!
Asthma inhaler, and first doses of meds with coffee in a plastic cup since I broke my last of my two special mugs! Bathroom use then or whenever! TMI, oops!
Next, since I had placed my phone and laptop disconnected from their chargers onto the seat of my walker, I remove them both and place them on the center console of our dual/love-seat recliners.
Turn on the local news, and examine my pages on the laptop!
And... my day has begun!
Shower is after breakfast that I or Hubby usually make between 8:30 A.M. or 9, and then I take more medicine!
Sometimes I watch too many morning shows like all the Today's!
Then screw up my shower time.
But to be fair the laundry room is right behind the living room so I usually get a couple of loads of laundry done then too.
And speak to people online or answer emails etc.
Sometimes during the week we have to call for appointments for doctors or other things, take care of business too, all before lunch. Other times we have appointments to go to, then I do make sure I get my shower in!
Whew!

Moving on...

Enough about me!

The area that is still having wildfires in California is where my in-laws, Hubby's brother and family used to live, but they moved from Santa Rosa years ago to Washington State, thankfully.

That area was so beautiful at one time.

So very horrible.

I wonder where they can go?

So many worries, like those in devastated Puerto Rico!

Many are coming here to Florida and other mainland locations.

Does anyone know where it is safe anymore?

That is from natural disasters?

From man-made ones?

The world is getting scarier!

Frightening!

Ironically in this month of Halloween, and all Hallow's Night.

Real not imagined fears are surrounding all of us!

Oh worries!

And to not realize they exist is not such a good idea, denial cannot work this time.

We must find actual ways to deal with all of this!

Too bad we do not have a strong leader to help us...

We must find a way to figure it all out ourselves.

I wish I knew, sincerely, but sadly I do not.

If you do, post it.

And no, I am serious.
