Depending on...

...what you consider busy I may have been.
Phone calls about logistics of the medical nature.
Between that and again another call from Catastrophe Unit for our insurance company Tower Hill that makes the arrangements for their assessment person to come out to our home to see what needs to be done.
I have received three calls just in this last week, the 4th, 7th, and the 12th from two lovely young adults that work for them, Jasmine and James and then Jasmine once again today! Both are stationed in Dallas Texas, so they know first hand about violent weather's destruction.
The adjuster was supposed to call us yesterday, but we still have not heard from him, and yes, it is a man I was told his name but darn I have forgotten. He is to call first to make an appointment then I will remember, I hope.
Oh well.

Moving on...

All these fires in California makes my heart ache with horrified sadness, and all those deaths mounting! And the feeling of helplessness to do anything! So truly awful, thirty-one deaths at this writing. It definitely looks like a war zone as if due to major bombings had occurred and continues daily, but is not! Wildfires did the desecration of the homes, foliage, and of living creatures of the four footed and two footed kind. What I have been seeing from the scenes on TV is that they look as if a volcano erupted, with all that ash; not that dissimilar to what my book report as a child was that I wrote and researched, then in the encyclopedia of the volcano Mount Vesuvius in Pompeii Italy did in 79 A.D., only 1938 years later!

Even closer to home the devastation looms large!
Our own neighborhood is clustered with piles of branches that were victims of Irma's wrath,
waiting for the proper removal trucks to arrive.

Moving on some more tonight...

Tired, very very tired more than likely ...  due to stress, and perhaps more from lack of sleep last night of having only about four hours; my arms are rebelling.

Good night; TTYL!
