Nothing much...

...going on... PT, physical therapy, and I will be done tomorrow until after the first of the New Year.
Hubby will be happy since he has said its been boring for him hanging out doing nothing for forty-five minutes three times a week.
Today he did go over to Publix while I had PT and he picked up a few odds and ends.
After PT we both went over to Walgreen's for my protein powder 60 grams; seventy is what the doctor wants me to ingest so I can go a little over the scoop to gain my 70 grams daily and I am good!
Double chocolate flavored is what I chose, great hot or cold, plain or with berries or decafe to make mocha, versatility for a known chocoholic!
I also picked up a small cheap mascara, I throw them out too often when I don't go out and they are known bacteria causing. My lashes have been diminishing in thickness lately, nearly gone, and I haven't worn mascara I bet for nearly a year! I wonder where my lashes went...?
They used to be long and lush, and made more so by the mascara; another weird thingy that they are nearly gone with no explanation!

Hubby finally got his flu shot.
When I got mine in September, his would have been too soon and then we both got sick in October from the nurse in the hospital, but his cough held on, and just recently diminished enough to finally get his shot today!
We both got them at Walgreen's since they have that thing with getting one provides one for someone else. It's in cooperation with the United Nations!
So go do it if you haven't already!

Don't you just love doing things that helps others?

Tis the season and all that.

I called the surgeon who installed my vena cava blood filter about its removal that unfortunately will be in longer than the sixty days I was told, since the doctor is away and won't be back until Monday, but I was assured I will hear from him then. He appears to be booked after the fourteenth, when my sixty days will be up.
I forgot to call to make my six month follow-up appointment with my neuro eye doc, but I have time left.

We had a healthy dinner tonight,  broiled salmon, sweet potatoes, Hubby peas and me spinach, his normal size mine minute and mushy.

On this note of managing, allow me to be the very first to wish you all a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
