Out patient PT eval today!

Early afternoon is NOT my time to shine, darn!
I am more physically able early morning up until about eleven thirty A.M.
Only problem is my evaluation was scheduled for one P.M., all that works then is my motor mouth, yep, that happens to gain momentum as the day progresses. Great for evening blogging, but not much else!
My physical strength wanes as the day's time goes on.
As was proven once again.
By the time we were through with the interview portion of questioning.
Updating what the facility already had on all my frequent flyer visits, yes the same sports rehab I have been coming to since 1997.
Faces change, but not too many, quite a few have been there for twenty years or more.
The newbies are many there that can claim over five years tenure.
Years ago they had what they called travelers, but no longer; those who try different rehabilitation centers all over the country, in some cases the world.
Yes, there were international therapists, actually quite interesting.
My evaluator was Celeste today, a physical therapist that I have known for the last few years.
We talked, or as I do I answered her questions and elaborated more than necessary with TMI.
But we did get to the physical dexterity portion by one forty-five, probably fifteen minutes later than it should have taken with any seasoned professional dealing with people.
Totally my doing, not hers.
Cutting me off sooner would have happened a little earlier intervention from a less polite PT.
Any-who, by the time I stood at the even parallel bars I was dizzy after a rather short period of time, each of the couple of times that were tried with the same result.
Moving on to their walker... old fashioned with tennis balls and all
My legs did not cooperate as they should by lifting my knees, yup afternoons, not my sparkly time!
So after a few tries we called it quits, until my next scheduled session!
As it goes now the prescription is for three times a week for four weeks, and then... if nothing definite maybe independent exercise?
Wouldn't that be nice to try that again.

So that's it for now... on an up down note and back again, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all of your blessings and share all of your overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
