Got two!

Chinese fortune cookies fortunes are what I have two of, but the cookies are Hubby’s and he did open one of the three, again?
His was rather ominous, I'll let you decide, “This is a time for caution, but not for fear.”
And the two remaining ones that were mine were,
“What is right is often forgotten by what is convenient.”
“Everyone needs to be loved, especially those do not deserve it.”

Odd how moi wanted to edit that last one to read, sometimes I do know the right way to write a sentence, ha, “Everyone needs to be loved; especially those who do not deserve it.”
But that would have been tampering with the prophetic gods or some such deity, methinks?

Any-who, Hubby thought his referred to the days breaking news stories.
The two I had opened; in my first I think that one is fairly obvious that people have a tendency to take the easy way out of sticky situations, hmm?

And for the second one it is a wee bit holiday-ish, when we are supposed to forgive all those horrid so-called friends and relatives who at times annoy us or tell us the truth as they see it that we don’t want to hear and they are just downright self righteous, you all know the ones…?
Could be living with you right now or perhaps you should look in that mirror!
Like me at times and anyway tis the season to forgive them all! (Including yourself)
Nah?
Who says holding a grudge isn’t healthy for the holder?

All the so-called mental health professionals say that; just turn on Dr. Phil or even Judge Judy or Springer or anyone of the shows that bleepity bleep the airwaves when I am surfing the TV channels trying to find my favs on PBS!
And no, I have not watched those first mentioned ones, but here I go assuming, and we all know what assuming means, hmm? So you forgot?
Here’s your refresher course…Now, who wants to be made an ass of you or me, thus assume, during this the happiest time of the year! And no, I do not work for Disney!

Geez!

I just think that we all should try to love everyone not only for now but all year round.
Yep, even those incompetent workers at those not mentioned insurance companies that make it so you have to do their job for them or those non-service customer service peeps who are cheery and broken records repeating by rote what they were brainwashed to tell you for each and every complaint that you might be telling them about with grace patience and dignity! LOL!

Sure the world is in a mess, and crime takes over the airwaves nightly and we all wonder if those crazy survivalists, might not be cracked up as most of us sort of normals would think and that they are right to be prepared to hide somewhere…!

But you know that whatever I say here is still said with my tongue sturdily transfixed into my cheek and that all I believe is with a little bit of grain of salt prescribed by the bible somewhere for this I am mostly sure… since no one else has claim to it, and I think that I have taken much too much of dibs for any and all idioms unclaimed this year…

On that note allowing me to float your boat with silly hope, let me be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
