Today was my third day in a row of taking my well endowed body into the drink for a remodeling trial, nah, ROM doesn’t do that!
For those who don’t know, which I bet are few and far between, but I will explain anyway, Range of Motion, ROM; those are exercises for us challenged ones and some even not so challenged ones to enjoy them too!
Any-who, they are not designed for people who really want to lose weight they are designed for being able to move those limbs gently without too much pain and to hopefully help protect those muscles from atrophying; so all in all a very good thing.
Doing diligence is a great quality in most people but pacing ones self is an important part of that too, and one must always find that fine line of what is your caution of too much too soon. I am definitely trying to push myself to the limits.
Although, my fine line has been crossed a few times too often and sadly I have found myself exacerbating my Multiple Sclerosis, and so trial and error applies very much here, with me. Tell me how not to cross it? I rarely find it until too late!
Tomorrow, I was also planning to go into the pool, why not, four days in a row could be pushing it… you see, my new medication has not kicked in yet as far as I can tell… same sleep problems, nothing has changed yet.
Today, besides getting in my exercise program I went into the clinic to help contact some new patients for their future to come on in and have us help them, ones who have used the facilities free pharmacy service, which is only for temporary use, not forever.
I could only use the phone since my password is still not working for access to our medication program and the woman who gave it to me is on vacation, but I was given her email to contact her and so I did as soon as I got home.
I hope I did it right, since I wrote down Comcast.com, but I checked other Comcast emails were all net, and so I wrote it to that one. Perhaps, I should send it also to.com? Anyone out there know which is correct?
I sent it as a forward to the other one too, can’t be too careful with needing to know info. :)
You know me leave no stone unturned…possibilities and all.
And speaking of those, possibilities, that is, the Pizza Hut was on our way home and so they are the one with the bistro, salad bar and yes, we at first thought we would pick up their $10 dollar large and take it home, but we ate in instead and I had the salad bar for $3.50 and we took the rest of the pie home, a thin and crispy, a twofer…
Who can complain with a day that complete, and of course I am tired and may be I will take tomorrow off from the pool, but it calls to me…
Even though our home is well air-conditioned, it has that inviting appeal that they all do…
You see, this weekend is the Pirate thingy at Fishville, Fisherman’s Village in River City AKA Punta Gorda and we were planning on going to that and so… oh well, we will see what we can see…!
It’s not like the pool is going anywhere, yet, not nasty weather in our future here… which could change that in a moments notice!
Please dear northeastern friends take care and be safe I hear that you are experiencing those nastiest weather systems that we know all too familiarly down here in the south, so heed the warnings and take cover when they warn you, no joke!
Our hurricane season usually gets rough next month which is next week… uh oh!
On that realization that our little paradise could be under fire very shortly perhaps taking advantage of the better weather is not such a bad idea! Allow me to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you kindly to count all your blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?
Speaking My Mind is about: Tobi, who is a middle aged, no, oh all right a slightly over the hill woman with all the imperfections that go with that, and this concerns her daily life's perceptions and experiences.
