That seems to be the way the pros are telling us humans to handle our daily lives with exercising to maintain a healthy outlook on life; simplicity in a nutshell.
And so I did my only form of exercise that I can, I got into the pool again.
I had also made my completed thrice a week program by making up for Wednesday on Thursday. Logically it gives me a break before Monday to get back to my original promise to myself of utilizing the pool Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Now how many of you were bored to tears with that explanation?
I was, and so I am sure you were too.
Any-who, so far Casey has not changed so much as you could tell.
Today his hunger is not as often and he is sleeping slightly more, or so it seems to me.
But he is napping in most of his usual places except on occasion behind Hubby’s bathroom door. That is odd since he has never done that before.
I can only hope that whatever time he has left we can make it as pleasant as possible for him without annoyance, just like any of us would like I am sure.
I know I would.
Interestingly enough Skipper has instinctively picked up on the situation and has been listening to our commands of not doing this or that when it comes to his relationship with Casey who has been his bud and sparing partner since he was a pup.
The day has been quiet as it well should be after the week we had. One tiny good thing happened the PDF for the application magically began to work when Hubby tried it and I was able to fill it out and mail it off before our mail was picked up!
I guess emotionally I am very exhausted and so I will close now.
Please everyone have a good night, count those blessings, take care and be safe, and I will try and find my blessings too.
Speaking My Mind is about: Tobi, who is a middle aged, no, oh all right a slightly over the hill woman with all the imperfections that go with that, and this concerns her daily life's perceptions and experiences.
