Good and bad day...

Hubby offered to take Aussie to his doggy training class and so Bella and I had mommy and me time.
And yes, that was for a couple of hours.
We played with additional Aussie toys, the soccer ball and the educational stimulating ball that you add treats to that they have to get out.
I figured that if she liked it Hubby could get her one too.
She did appear to like it, but got tired and bored with it before the Milk Bone treats were gotten out; so it was left for Aussie to play with when he arrived home.
She does have her own Nylabones and one is an educational toy too.
Still snuggling is her thing and she is very much a mommy's girl and daddy's girl too!
So we watched Pretty Little Liars on Netflix, and snuggled.
I do know its not age appropriate, but let's face it she is a three and half year old DOG! HA!

Back to the why the generous offer from Hubby to take Aussie without our usual entourage...I felt bad, physically real bad.
So very bad and me with all this pain coming from everywhere and nothing ordinary can be taken due to my high liver enzymes from previous prescribed meds, and due to bleeding ulcers from others in the anti-inflammatory kind!So I rest and ice my body and still nothing helped today and I still have nine more days till my thoracic RFA... so far away!

Previously, over the years, the neuro/doc had put me on high doses of Gabapentin that is used mostly for epileptic seizures, but off use for Multiple Sclerosis spasms and neuropathy pain and that is initially why I had been put on 2100 mg. daily. Then over the many years weaned myself down many times, the last time was this past June when I had been pretty much on only 200 mg. a day, and that I dwindled that down to none at all!

This was done due to my liver enzyme issue, with stopping all cholesterol medication too, Zocor, twelve years and Fenofibrate a year and a half on those two.
It did seem to help quite a bit on my blood work, but one of the tests still showed my liver enzymes being too high for the medical trial that I wanted to be part of, upsetting.
Meanwhile my cholesterol is sky high now! Damn!
And my mother, father and brother all died of strokes due to high cholesterol, not obesity nor high blood pressure!
So I am living on the brink.
Anyway, I had so many pained body parts that I gave in to taking one 100 mg, Gabapentin around four P.M. today!
There I have confessed, so far no major relief.
Now the fear of taking more, and in order for it to work on this kind of pain the recommended dosing is more. DILEMMA!

Happy good night all!

Count your blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
