Still swollen

My right foot that is, the left is the one behind it, uh oh...day 4, the bruise doesn't show so much in the right below picture, perhaps better in the one below that?

Now that I look at them up close, neither look that bruised ...okay I am all better now! Actually it does look fine.

Still did not feel the need to go in for an X-ray. And no, it isn't the cost since I am fully covered for it with my great insurance supplemental that picks up the 20% that Medicare doesn't, called AARP United Healthcare F plan, for just slightly over $193 a month you have no co-pays!

I'm just waiting it out for my foot to be not causing even the littlest bit of gnawing pain just under the numb achy combo, ya know what I mean?

Besides we had better things to do, and Hubby just put a band aid on his eye area surgery, so I had to go too with a brave face!

 Oh where did we go, first to Sams Club for coffee and Clearlax generic Miralax, and then to a park just finished called, North Charlotte Regional Park Recreation Center, where Hubby walked both of our furry kids. We have seventy parks in our Charlotte County Florida, sounds very good to me!

After there we had an appointment with the dog trainer at PetSmart, both furry kids have free half hour training available due to them being rescues adopted there in February for Aussie, and August for Bella, so we made an appointment for a consultation. And Christi, the trainer, suggested Bella take both half hours since she really doesn't need too much, and Aussie take a class that starts next month. Four six week classes can get him to the legit service dog requirements! Our eventual goal.
Bella is already an ESA, emotional support animal, signed by my internist.

The furry kids lucked out in more toys while there!
Intelligent find the food toys inside their confines.
Especially for Aussie who does need that sort of thingy.

We stopped at Sonny's Barbecue for a full slab of ribs on our way home; we had sides at home, Cole slaw and potato salad, so @ $12.99 for one full slab and 750 calories, both cut in half since we share, I think it was quite a bargain, hmm!
