...make an appointment with my podiatrist, the one that dx'd my plantar fasciitis in both feet last year.
He is all inclusive with ankles too.
The last time, years ago that I had this problem and it was broken and needed a cast for six weeks was when I fell off a ladder onto our patio when washing windows on our fifth wheel RV that time.
The diagnosis was a broken/cracked distal fibula, the bone that juts out by the ankle on the outside of my left leg that time, this time it is the similar bone, but on the inside of my right foot/ankle.
The reason I called Dr. Mark Tracy, not Spencer nor Dick, my established with podiatrist was simply because the bruising is darker today and sorer. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/315565.php
And being able to walk on it has nothing to do with this particular fracture; since most can in spite of the damage.
Geez and all this time I thought I was soooooooo brave all those years ago!
Tomorrow I will find out what is going on, and he even has his own X-ray machine to see for sure!
Moving on...
Nasty storm coming through right now.
Loud, so very loud, hard to hear yourself think!
Hubby made dinner tonight, homemade burgers on the stove, 80/20 chopped beef, too lean doesn't make them that tasty. French fries also homemade, with just two golden potatoes peeled and sliced in pencil thin style like Mickey Ds, boiled in water in a Pyrex glass loaf pan for seven to ten minutes in the microwave with a paper towel over the top, drained into a colander and patted dry, then spread out onto a PAM panned, sprinkled with Kosher large crystal salt, and baked in a 400 degree oven for ten to twenty minutes, and broiler for about another two minutes! Corn kernels buttered, burgers topped with deli American cheese, ketchup, onion slices and sweet relish all on a tasty Publix bun! Mmmmmmmmmm, Mmmmmmmm so very GOOD!
Happy good night all!
Count those blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
