Every day has its own unique experience.

Some must think that at this point in our lives we have more boring days than exciting ones... and that would be true! Bud dump bum. ( And sometimes that is a good thing)
Although, when we look back at some days that first appeared rather ordinary...they were and then they weren't, got that?
Each day is ripe for the taking!
As most things in life it is what it is, but that is only because you are who it is, get it?

Take today, actually the middle of the wee hours of the morning Hubby got up in shoulder and back pain, and I was finally there for him. I made up one of those wet washcloths in a Ziploc baggy, thirty seconds in the microwave then wrapped it in a small towel and handed it over to him after he ingested two Extra Strength Tylenol. That we all know is a fever and pain reliever, not an anti-inflammatory, but our Aleve is out dated, and it did seem to help him get back to sleep.
Tylenol can only be taken every six hours, while aspirin can be every 3-4, so when the six hours plus had passed I suggested some aspirin due to it being an actual anti-inflammatory, the original one!
Oddly enough five eighty-one milligram ones, equaling 405 milligrams he did take, and they did not seem to be as helpful as the Tylenol. We only keep that type in the house and I have had to take that one 81 mg. aspirin nightly since 2006 that the neuro prescribed for me when I had my TIA way back then.  And whenever Hubby has had left sided pain he  takes it too! Once he was told to take a lot more when there was a false alarm years ago thankfully and the ambulance was coming... handy emergency medication! All was well that time, whew so relieved!

I do believe that his raking the clumps of grass yesterday off the front lawn might be why he has this pain. The grass has been wet, when it is dry the lawnmower has that mulching ability, but not when the grass is wet! We also have a catcher for the machine, but I suppose Hubby did not feel he needed it, or he would have used it. Mulching is the preferred method though usually.

Anyway, in the pool area he catches always, since Aussie likes to graze on the grass dropped, and causes more tummy issues... oh for those who are unfamiliar with Aussie, here's Aussie, a nearly nine month old mini Australian Shepherd with blue eyes and no tail! Looking so innocent, lying there on one of his blankies; he has proven to become a handful at times due to most likely dare I say boredom! Lack of cool enough days to go for exercise I believe are mostly to blame. With feels like temps in the triple digits outside it has become mostly for relieving himself and little else, sadly. We do play catch indoors, but not as easy.
Any-who, each day is not entirely the same thank goodness, and no goodness has nothing to do with it...sorry I just had to say it, other baby boomers will know why.

So basically we like many of you have either extremely rainy weather of too hot weather, which creates havoc with outdoor plans. That leaves indoor venues, and for some reason they are few and far between.
Hubby, is still not feeling too well, but he is resting, between getting the garbage out tonight for tomorrow's pick up, one of many things I can no longer do.
He did survive and went back into his recliner to rest, with his Tylenol and moist heat that seem to be the preferred helpful feel better items.
And yes, Aussie seems to understand, he lies next to him with a face of sincere concern.

Ahhhhh life is never boring with our cast of characters in our lives!

Happy good night all!
And count those blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
