Not a place, of course it is a place duh, Los Angeles, but in my case also an actual diagnosis!
I have Lupus anticoagulant, called LA to add into my laundry list of disorders.
Not Lupus erythematosus, but it could turn into that, a very slight chance, basically if I were to get a thrombosis or phlebitis twice I would then need to go onto anticoagulants, otherwise, right now,  the hematologist takes a wait and see attitude with me or anyone like me, seeing her, the hematologist yearly a week after I have my blood test!
Also I found this extremely interesting that my horrid smoking as a pregnant mom all those forty plus years ago were NOT the cause of my three miss-carriages ( but do not smoke ever, especially when pregnant, it does other bad things!) and nearly losing number two son in my third month and having to be hospitalized then, this is what caused it though, and yes, it was more than likely has been inside me that long ago, well over forty years! The doctor in the hospital mentioned it, but I hadn't really listened. She had seen my medical history, where my miss-carriages were documented causing a need for D and Cs each time, two four and half month miss-carriages and one only six weeks, but incomplete. It appears to be genetic, but not hereditary?
Maybe some young Moms having problems should be checked out for it too, way back then they did not know, or if they did they never told me, apparently doses of aspirin can help, but check with your doctor first! Never ever take any medication especially when pregnant without asking your doctor first!

Moving on...

Today, I had another round of PT, and it went better.
I had the new step machine first for ten minutes then for the remainder mattress exercises.
Also one pound wimpy weights since my shoulders and wrists hurt.
I did stretches with my arms and legs and tightening of my stomach muscles to the mattress, yep they do exist, ha!
All in all this is something I can get my head around in trying.

On this note of some relief, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
