Had a Big muscle pull tonight on my way to the bathroom, scarily my nurse call buttons were just out of reach in either direction. So I yelled, sort of, into the hallway while straddling my walker's seat.
Got help and completed my bathroom task, and now I am situated comfortably in bed with my ice pack waiting for an earlier gabapentin arrival.
