Sadly I've been trying to communicate my daily experiences but I have no idea if anyone is reading this. Today we went to building permits to discuss our desire to build an awning approximately 20'X20' to protect me and my computerized ride from rain and heat. The awning came in at just under $1500, but the permit is $880! To me it seems ridiculously out of proportion at more than fifty percent of the cost of the project! I did Google the average price for a permit for an awning nationally and for a 12'X19' awning system in Clark County Nevada was a mere $26! What's wrong with this picture, I ask you? Very upset. Love to all, be well, peace, and spread those blessings! And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!PS: anyone have any ideas?
