Things that matter and things that matter not so much

Have you ever wondered if talking to yourself out loud meant more than just you trying to remember something and verbalizing it was your way to validate that you got it?
Okay, any of you who said no, or said that would be crazy, hold on a minute there I have a site you can just click on to guess again! Alright if you read the link you won't have to guess anymore or disavow that you might be one of the many who does this. Go on click on it, you know you have to know...

Now perhaps I am late getting to the dance on this one, but if any of you like myself only thought but were not 100% certain what the word, "caucus" means below are two accesses to links that will explain as simply as us novices to wanting to really, really know what this all does mean...

Moving on...

Today I had my appointment for the respiration specialist M.D. and he has me coming back for a breathing test, in the meantime he has given me medication in sample form the type that is in an inhaler to be used for the next two weeks although I will be seeing him again next week. All after he examined me.
He said the test other than the CT nuke one I had in the hospital on February second will determine how severe my COPD/emphysema is, and if any additional equipment or medication I might need or not. It still angers me that I had quit smoking nearly ten years ago, ten this coming July and I had so many chest x-rays all saying I was fine for years and years on and off, not yearly, but enough.
Don't be someone who let's themselves think that is enough, since I was told they really aren't, the CT scan with the nuclear injection shows the most/best what really is going on!
The biggest lesson is to NEVER EVER SMOKE KIDS!
Stopping either way helps prevent it from getting worse faster, so still quit!
He said he's seen it in people who smoked only seven years and quit years ago, decades and still got COPD/emphysema.
I'm so glad our sons never did and thought it was disgusting and never dated anyone that smoked either.

Okay, so now I am through with my sermon on how to not end up like me... for tonight, ha!

So kiddies I guess this is it for now and on this note of just because I care, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy healthy safe good night and ask you to all to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
