Writing to you with another...

Night that was a somewhat sleepless one.
I was again up in the wee hours drinking coffee all due to a headache and that lasted for a couple of hours.
Drinking caffeine in the usual common form of coffee does truly seem to help and it's less narcotic than my too many medications.
The method of java consumption, at least, has seemed to get me back asleep in not too long a time from its ingestion.
This time I did not look at the clock so much that I can remember the time span.
I used to be more accurate due to Hubby wondering and politely asking.
But to me it sounded like a bit of a memory quiz, which I am sure it wasn't.
And in that condition why bother really.
He has since taken my inaccuracy into a privacy respect.
Now that sounded slightly convoluted, hmm?
Any-who, I get up, I drink some warm liquid that has nearly mystical powers regarding its ability to not only to start one's day but to close it as well; whenever that need might arise.
Even when I finally did get up for that second time at that shocking of 8:30 A.M. that I did make note of due to its lateness and not my M.O. these days; make that decades.

I have been an early riser since the late 1970s due one particular job I had then and tried to walk for exercise prior to showering and dressing for work. It took my early awake time from being a new Mom during the earlier seventies to kick in but it did; of course I awoke with my babies but tiredly. The waking up early with a leap came later as I stated above. (Any new Mom who won't admit to being always tired is lying! In my personal opinion of one who suffered from people pleasing syndrome BIG TIME!)

Walking or dancing, bicycling, and swimming were always my preferences for exercising; the gym rat in me was definitely a 21st Century thing and advantageous being in a climate that's heated made indoors preferable at times as well as when swimming was out of the question due to storms.

So I was back in our pool today, due to perfection of water and air temperature. When those two things come together who can stop me? No one!
Even with precautions needing to be taken with my surgeries of open skin still from the two biopsies, ear and cheek. I was given the okay by using waterproof band aids and keeping my head out of the water and I did do my best. I splashed my left ear slightly but after my shower and during the reapplying of the Neosporin and bandage it looked none the worse for wear. The stinging has been consistent there, my cheek is healing very nicely too and has not been at all painful.

That I suppose is it for today, all on this newfangled notebook that believe it or not had the nerve to request a registration while writing this tonight as a pop up! But isnt that the times we live in...oh well... on that note allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
