It is after all all this gal strives for
in her nightly writings…?
Sure it appears easy to the
naked eye to make you all think that I can be at times, anyone of the above
descriptive nuances; I suppose mostly the last of the grouping though...oh
well, but really...
Uniqueness is hard.
Uniqueness is trite.
Uniqueness is ambiguous.
Uniqueness is redundant.
Uniqueness is unique.
All I know is that trying too
hard can be trite and ambiguous as well as redundant.
Not to mention annoying, hmm?
So I will move on…
Today was a day fit for a
queen that is of the rehab!
I had upped my weights just
this Monday, two days ago from 40 pounds to fifty on one machine for the legs
i.e. inner and outer thighs, reps stayed the same of 4 sets of 15 reps in
either direction, the leg lifts from the ankles also a 4 sets of 15 reps but
that is since Monday at 60 pounds a mistake at first but I did it so I did it again, and the total gym one is now as of today 6 sets
of 25 reps from 4 sets of 25 reps!
Yes, my legs are getting
stronger.
But I made beef stew from
scratch tonight in my pressure cooker and had difficulty with lifting the lid
without dropping it in pain!
Go figure.
Oddly enough we did come home
after, for lunch at home for a change.
I periodically feel a bit
warm, and have found that my usual, low temperature of 97 point whatever is
running over 99!
Could my body be changing for
the better with it heating up and burning fuel more efficiently? I sure hope
so.
Or could that slight sore
throat I have been taking lozenges for mean I have something more ominous going
on?
Who knows?
Does it matter in the bigger
picture of things, really?
Keeping my eye on the prize!
Weight loss.
Tired so much nightly, going
to bed earlier; last night it was eight thirty!
It is true that I have not
napped in quite a while; it could be why?
I do awake early though.
Not too early.
I try not to leave the bed
earlier than five a.m., unless nature calls and then I go back to sleep.
Whoa who needs nine hours of
sleep?
Not any adult.
They, whoever they are now
say that six to seven hours a night are preferable.
So my original uneven sleep
patterns were more scientifically correct?
I do on occasion stay up
after to going to bed and watch the late night hosts' shows. On the weekend one
of my favorites shows Bones is on Saturday at one A.M. on NBC and Sunday at
midnight also on NBC! New episodes are still on FOX, check your local listings.
“Bones is an American crime comedy-drama television series that premiered on Fox in the United States on September 13, 2005. The show is based on forensic anthropology and forensic archaeology, with each episode focusing on an FBI case file concerning the mystery behind human remains brought by FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) to forensic anthropologist Dr. Temperance "Bones" Brennan (Emily Deschanel). The rest of the main cast includes Michaela Conlin, T. J. Thyne, Eric Millegan, Jonathan Adams, Tamara Taylor, John Francis Daley, and John Boyd.
Created by Hart Hanson, the series is very loosely based on the life and writings of novelist and forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs,[1] who also produces the show. Its title character, Temperance Brennan, is named after the protagonist of Reichs' crime novel series. Similarly, Dr. Brennan writes successful mystery novels based around a fictional (in the Bones universe) forensic anthropologist named Kathy Reichs. Bones is a joint production by Josephson Entertainment, Far Field Productions and 20th Century Fox Television.[2]
The series was renewed for a tenth season that premiered on September 25, 2014.”
