Cross your fingers!

A meeting to discuss the debt ceiling proposal is underway at the White House as I write here tonight.

If news comes in while writing I will relay it to all of you.

.

The Beatles song, ‘Come Together’ is in my mind apropos for all of this; so many of their songs are timeless…that is its link below:

One of my Facebook friends informed me that Paul McCartney was giving a concert in Times Square in NYC today and he sang the above song!

Moving on…

Another less than perfect night I endured again, last night, with awakening this time at three forty A.M. My head pain woke me and shortly after that marvelous experience jarring me awake I became nauseated and relieved that issue multiple times. Is that too graphic? Not enough? I do try to be a bit lady-like, ha.

This time I can more than likely blame it on the MS, since when you Google headache with vomiting in MS, it comes up with a very logical reasoning, plus I did not have a fever and I had my flu shot on September 4th, it’s the MS. It appears that it is just another of the many symptoms that WE go through once designated being on this ride of a lifetime…called MS!

You can do it too that is Google symptoms, any symptoms, and sure enough if you add in ‘with MS’ you will more than likely come up with it being just another day in MY neighborhood of symptoms of MS, how odd?

Sure if you have other ailments, separate from the Multiple Sclerosis like let’s say Fibromyalgia, which I have too, than my friends it is just another symptom of that too, how odd? Does anyone have a score card? You think you are confused? Just imagine being in agony and trying hard to figure it all out?

Now you might know why getting definite diagnoses are so complex with many modes of the medical equipment, tests, tubes, blood taken to rule out this or that, spinal tap, MRI’s, technicians etc. all used to prove or disprove what’s what and most times it takes years and years.

MS can mimic other ills and vice versa.

I suppose I was an oddity when told, since I was relieved to know what I had and that it wasn't just in my head, although that’s where it was last night, bud dump bum… so many are genuinely horrified and scared.

Any-who, I was the fourth person in my family to acquire this albatross; an aunt and an uncle, both my mom’s in-laws, had it, plus a first cousin, but her parents did not have it either, my mom’s brother was her dad. All of them have passed away but not my cousin who is two years older than me and was DX’d when 27 years old.

Some feel it could be genetic, but no definitive proof has been determined to substantiate that.

Most leanings are towards viral or environmental with heavy doses of poisoning from things like lead or cigarette smoke.

My aunt and uncle both smoked and both painted, my aunt was an artist and my uncle was a house painter. My cousin was health conscientious and did not smoke or paint; she worked for the airlines.

All theories, because if they knew what caused it; a CURE would be just around the corner, but it is not!

So far no news has come through on the meeting, but just the fact that the people in power were willing to try for a meeting of the minds made the stock market happy with it showing marked gains for the day!

Well folks, I suppose the good news will come in after I post tonight and so allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
