Trying everything to get this thingy to work right...

Frustration can run rampant!
And I would be the first to let you all know about my own.
Again, sorry about the broken record scenario, here I go once again, but this computer has been misbehaving and needed to be tweaked to become worthy of our continuing usage.
You see, we had that running over sound of that roaring thunderous crescendo I have mentioned before.
And so I contacted our tech support from our anti-virus folks in India, but of course!
Any-who, early this morning after trying to wish my FB friends ‘happy birthday’ once again it ran and ran like nobodies’ business and the hour glass just wouldn’t stop and then in the bottom left corner of my tool bar I got that annoying prophetic message stating that my browser did NOT have enough memory! Well I would ‘X’ that out and try to figure out what that would mean by going into my browser’s file and deleting all the history etc., but it would not seem to change a thing and no resolve was had by that procedure and so after days of this I finally gave in and spoke by handy 800 line and free, well not really free since we do pay yearly for their service and just renewed last week, and so why not ask what could be done, huh?
That’s when the first tech I spoke to offered to take over my computer and diagnose and fix the problem and believe me it didn’t take me long to decide and I said sure.
Weird is so small a word when you think about it that is someone, half a world away, could be taking control of your machine right in your own home, wild!
Well, after I magically watched this dance of intellect and decisive abilities determine that our techno marvel was slow due to lack of brain power, i.e. RAM!
I got that especially when he took that stroll over to my systems programs and showed me my minimalist GB or gigabytes that proved my computer sadly was not as bright as it should be in the memory department. He had a cute way for me to remember what it all does, since I told him that we just had replaced the hard drive and he said that the hard drive was the ‘heart’ and the GB was the ‘brain’. Geez why didn’t I think of that, way to feel dumb, huh? You all know I say that I am not that smart and again it was actually proven!
Any-way, his conclusion was that we had to up the RAM, and since we seemed to have the funds Hubby went off to conquer hopefully the last problem to smooth sailing with this elderly computer that is now completely all new, since over the years we have replaced just about each failing part, and this should be the last for a while we can only hope…And believe it or not we had a coupon that just arrived yesterday for fifteen dollars off at our local office supply chain!

Hubby installed the new brain, gosh he sounds like Dr. Frankenstein, huh? LOL!
Well, that’s what my India friend called it.
And the first time it only showed that it had increased in power by one and half times not the twice exponentially that we had purchased so he contacted the company from whence it came for their tech support and it was simply installed backwards and Hubby repaired his non technician but becoming more so savvy slight mistake of his.
And sure enough we had a new MEGA BRAIN!
But alas the problem continued especially on my Facebook page and so back to the phone to speak with my techno supporters in that far-away land of mystery and heat… India.
And the young woman this time took over to determine that we had an additional problem with our browser but fortunately we had access to another who was much more efficient on the social network page and so it truly became smooth sailing and now we are speedy, smart and super slick in maneuvering around these superior highways that I love so much!

With that happy ending, of beating the odds for a final success by sheer perseverance...
Let me be the first to wish you a very happy good night and to all kindly count those blessings and share those overages and we will too!

And please next time be here or be square, ya hear?
