It is the actual scans themselves that show severe arthritis in my neck that is causing my throat and neck pain.
And that is the reason for the ENT telling me I need to see a spine doctor.
I know that he is not an orthopedic or neurologist either, but he is an MD who was concerned enough to say from what he saw and he said he never saw it before that I have severe arthritis causing my throat and neck pain!
When asked what I should do, he said I needed to see a spine doctor and so he recommended one and said he would send the referral. And that is who I have an appointment with next week, a spine doctor.
Meanwhile, since my legs are stiff I contacted my neuro and asked if this could be from my MS or my neck?
She wrote back that my neck was mild stenosis just this last MRI that was done at the hospital 2021 had shown, and I found the results of two years ago, 2019, from the imaging place that stated my stenosis was moderate to severe! Below is the conclusion from that report...
Does it get better or is one machine not as accurate, both MRIs were done without contrast!
Not being a doctor I am wondering which is correct?
Moving on...
Hubby's tree removal project took a turn by temporarily stopping to remove the mosquito fish left in the pond.
We have a holding tank that was meant for fisher people to hold their catches, it is the size of a deck box, and that is what we had used it for, a deck box.
Then later on for a seat at the pond's edge, also as a fish holding tank for cleaning out the pond over the years. We used to have giant goldfish that herons ate.
Now it is holding hundreds of tiny mosquito fish that are prolific breeders, it is with an aerator!
Five-gallon buckets are holding our water lilies.
All are lined up against the house.
Hubby spent a couple days doing that!
Gotta love the guy!
The roots of the invasive trees also destroyed the pond's ability to hold water so it too had been leaking for quite some time! Initially, it held 1100 gallons when we had all those larger fish, but now with these tiny fish, Hubby bought a free-formed 125-gallon pond that will be installed after the major work will be all done.
He is painstakingly moving plants that we are saving as well as taking down trees that are either dead or invasive. So this project is extremely larger than originally thought to be.
We have Amaryllis and Cannas bulbs, Pampas grasses, Mexican petunias, aloe, asparagus ferns, and unknown ferns that resemble Boston ferns, Wandering Jew plants, pineapple plants, not counting the Gardenia bush, Lemon tree, Avacado Tree all to be salvaged around the pond!
We have beautiful Coquina rocks that were our border around the pond, and so we will use many again, but of course, we will have many extras that could be stacked or formed into another artistic structure, we will see!
Hubby still wants to plant the coconut palm in there too!
But in all info on it says it should be planted 80 feet from your home and that its roots are invasive... I will try to talk Hubby out of it!
Lastly moving on once again... our morning sunrise... sadly not that great...
And so we must go, for now ...
I am called Aussie because my Mom asked a sixteen-year-old girl, who had been looking at me in the crate at the adoption site that day she was asked what she thought I should be named, and without hesitation, the teenager had said Aussie! She was just looking, by the way,... so Mom did not steal me from her.
We never did find out the girl's name, and Mom liked the name Aussie too. We have since found out that it is a very common name, but it is still just right for me! My parents think that I am uncommon though,... some might say even unique! I do like that.
I am an Australian Shepherd. Here is an interesting factoid about me, I was supposed to be a miniature Australian Shepherd, but... as you might know, I AM NOT! Although I am now three years old, so I am the baby, though I tip the scales at around seventy pounds, HA! I must admit, a very big one!
I was three months old when Mommy and Daddy adopted me. I had been taken out of a hoarder's home in the Carolinas with my litter. Below is my new PIC that had been taken on the birthday that I share with my Dad, but Dad is much, much older than me!!! I was the first to be adopted, February 16, 2018, his brother's birthday.
Please don't forget me, I am Chance, pictured above, a Bichon Frise! I am six years old, so they think, and the eldest, and I like getting up early with Mom and Aussie. Bella sleeps in with Dad, till after seven most days, even later! I enjoy a good tug-a-war on the ropes that Dad had twisted for Aussie and me, and sometimes even Bella plays too! I was the last to be adopted, on January 23, 2020.
I was wandering the neighborhood for days and then saw Aussie and Bella in their living-room window, so I hung out there... The Animal Welfare League checked me out and kept me for sixteen days until I was allowed to be adopted. Good evening?
The animal control lady was called and came out to see if I had a chip I.D. with her machine, and Dad told her that he wanted to name me Chance. His reason being, that if no one claimed me, I want to give him a second chance! So that is how I got the name Chance!
Easy as Aussie, Bella, Chance, now you got it!
