Yesterday was an action-packed day!!! In this pseudo normalcy world by this pseudo normalcy gal!

The discrepancy in the vote:https://www.charlottevotes.com/ It appears that we in Charlotte County Florida have 152K plus registered voters and 70K plus have voted but our local station NBC-2 in Ft. Myers reported 157K plus had already voted!

Moving on...

Yesterday, I had two doctors' appointments, one with my neurologist to up my baclofen in my pump by 10% more, at that point my legs were quite stiff and numb as if wooly socks were encompassing them from my hips to my toes, my sciatica had kicked in and my neck was starting to go too all associated with my spinal stenosis. Baclofen would be helpful to my sciatica too but no effect on my cervical end of the stenosis, it doesn't treat that far up the spine. 

The second appointment was a follow-up to my previous sore throat appointment but not with the internist with his nurse practitioner, Nurse Jackie. She had no idea why I was there and kept asking me if I needed medication refills which I did not, and if I do I told her that the pharmacy would call the appropriate doctors anyway. She did poke and prod me fully anyway, checking my heart, lungs, throat, stomach, and neurological exam. I had told her I just came from my neurologists. Albeit, she felt that she had to examine me anyway. And it is true I basically was only spoken to at the neurologist then the extra 10% was added as the conversation continued.

Oddly enough, we had told my neuro about the fact that previously the office staff at the internist were not masked on any of our previous visits although the nurses and doctor was. This time they were masked, although one had a mask touting his love of the so-called president!!! Which annoyed me but really bugged Hubby!!! I just hoped he wouldn't say anything after all he finally was wearing a mask!!! Hubby held his cool.

  And now without any further ado moving on to... a great decision!
