Comcast is on its way to right a wrong, we hope anyway, that should have been done over a year ago! For that is the placement of our modem! They placed it way at the other end of the home instead of centrally located where our previous one was placed. We had requested the same location but for some reason unbeknownst to us and only known to them, they chose not to listen to our logical wishes!
Our WiFi working properly has NOT been, due to sporadic buffering for our two smart TVs when streaming and also our phone data when at home going into overages of $19 with our cell phone company that is Consumer Celular. At home, we should be on the home WiFi so no additional charges but that has not been the case!!!
Hopefully with the proper location of the modem that will be finally fixed today!Yesterday, my two prescription co-pay was very high over fifty-eight dollars, since I have medication coverage with Humana, in fact, five times more expensive plan this year than last, a PREMIER PLAN! So I questioned the pricing, at the local pharmacy, Publix, and again today at home with a direct call to Humana. It turns out I am in the donut hole where tear pricing is higher. I have not reached my 6K expenditures or some such thing when then it will go down in co-pay pricing. Laurie, a supervisor with Humana, was able to check for me.
And so Kayla the pharmacist at the local Publix was correct, she had called twice when Hubby stood there in the store yesterday questioning it!
Oh well... and I will not meet that requirement so I have been told until the new year!
Life at times seems like a crapshoot and at times I feel as if I am in deep doo-doo!
Actually, no harm in questioning.
Although, frustration sometimes turns into anger, but aren't we all just human with human frailties???
Any-who, we do try harder at times.
And I have found supervisors are very helpful in digesting issues or fixing them.
At the end of the phone call, we were facetious speaking "buddies" me and Laurie sharing a birthday twenty years apart.
Odd Laurie was also the name of the supervisor at L'Oreal that had helped me with that problem, could " Laurie" be an alias used as a code word for an annoying customer take care and pacify her? LOL, I guess a third one would prove my hypothesis???
Of course, I am kidding, but am I?
Stay tuned!
And now without any further ado moving on again to...
