Okay so now that we have established what to "pace" is and its many derivations you might know or might not know where I might be going with tonight's title?

You see in life we may not realize it, but we do pace ourselves.
Not always to what is beneficial on one's own behalf, but then if we do not we physically pay for it, not financially although, seeing your physician might be costly... no that is not what I meant...

Any-who, in every stage of our lives our bodies, these intricate machines that need proper fuel and care, renewal, repair, as well as respect they do always have that possibility of breaking down.
And if we are not watching out for the signs that are different for each one of us, we might venture too far and forget to "pace" ourselves with our physical and emotional needs, since that could prove to be devastating!

So over the years, and sometimes I do forget, but don't we all then our bodies remind us...I take a BIG BREAK!
A BIG CHILL BREAK!
Now if you knew what I was about to say or knew from your own experience, pat yourself on the back, and if not possible, grab someone else to do it for you! HA!
No harm, no foul, relax, calm down, do nothing, not much at all, or just a little bit.
And never ever feel bad about that... be kind rewind your mind!
Breathe!

Where am I going with all this, you might be wondering?
Well, yesterday we had a marvelous time and were out all day, so today we just basically did whatever what we wanted to do without guilt!
RELAXING DAY AT HOME!
To be honest I think I surfed the net, read some stuff and looked at some interior designs, especially HOUZZ, and watched some Netflix, and of course Meet The Press and Face The Nation, local news and weather etc.
See BORING!
But not as stimulating as one might think when already pooped, anger level, leveled off, talking/yelling at the TV nearly nil.
Yup, good time to see what is what objectively?
SURE IT IS!
See calm.
Since life is a marathon, not a sprint, right?

Happy good night to all.

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
