Food glorious food!

Yep, why not?
Sustenance is a necessity.
Fast food is so much maligned but isn't it usually what we all yearn for when we think of some comfort foods?
Healthy eating is what we all strive for, for better bodies and physiologically internally.
But what if knowing our minds were as important as our bodily outsides and physical insides, of course we know that, silly me!
But we know for a fact that our minds need to be fed as well with knowledge and peace and love and a feeling of fulfillment without guilt.
Thus the argument for guilt free eating what we like when we like it on occasion without harsh criticism.
Is now why I maintain the need for the every once and a while tasty treat of foods that some may call "crap", without naming names of places associated with this so-called "BAD" variety of food quality we all know that sometimes we just want it; and yes I am still speaking of "fast food"!

So in my opinion of if able to I would eat lobster daily, but since realistically I cannot I will crave my share of feel good "crap" on perhaps a monthly basis or less and anyone else out there who has had these feeling too, this is written tonight to make you feel that you are not so alone, okay?

Why?
Hubby is out making the "crap run" as I write.
Although cravings are not just for pregnancies and sure as the day is long if you desire to fulfill your crap cravings more than every once in a while than you too will look as if with child although having an empty womb being either male or female, or too old etc. so beware and take care in NOT going overboard with said cravings and know that there could be an awful price to pay of looking more like a volley ball than a player...I'm just saying.

Gosh, I hope he arrives soon and we both feel the full relief and sustained as we have truly asked for with our crazy list of lotsa goodies for our soul that should be filled by night's end either that or an ambulance enroute to the cardiac hospital, either way it shall be something to look forward to?
Kidding!
Sure I am.

On this silly business called another day in our lives and how we live them, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you very happy healthy safe good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
