Gym/ rehab, library, Subway, Publix, and then HOME!

Yes, I seem to be in some kind of a rut or is that a habit? No, not the Nun's type...

What is this gal speaking about, one might ask.

I am speaking of my consistency of going to the rehab/gym on a regular basis, got that?

Yep, back into the fold of regularity, and no not that kind although some believe one follows the other, true?

So a week with a holiday in between is not exactly a motif of reliability, or is it, or could it be, or would it be, possibly to become one?

Only time will tell.

Now that is ridiculous; why one might ask, hmm?

Well, time in fact or in action or even in actuality cannot speak, or can it?

Cuckoo clocks speak in their own way as well as chiming grandfather ones by ringing, clicking or dinging, or playing notes as tunes, is it?

But who of the verbal human being speaks clocks and therefore time?

Sure we can know what time it is by the musicality of these examples counting systematically as they do their thing, true?

So I suppose, now this is a major supposition on me that is a form of some communication and therefore time will tell and can and has before told…SHAME on TIME letting the world know that it is time for this or that without a person of the human persuasion telling it to, hmm?

I am all for independence but when animate or semi-animate objects take it upon themselves to try to enter into a conversation with a being, living and breathing and I do mean without mechanical parts doing that for you… is this or could this be a form of AI; Artificial Intelligence?

So, if it is could it be that it has existed much, much longer than any of us might have contended or more true to form i.e. portended?

Who knows that answer? I will leave that for all of you to determine I have so much more to tell here in my written word that all human beings or is that most will understand, since this is translated for any who wish to do so.

Still as far as I know it is in at least ten countries daily.

Any-who, the gym/rehab was not our only stop today.

I did succeed my previous abilities by increasing my weights and reps on two out of three pieces of equipment!

That means I am heading in the right direction with this plan of mine without a glitch at this time…great for someone like me.

Next stop was long overdue at our local branch of the library; this one is attached to the Cultural Center, with being only open four days a week these days…Tuesday through Friday!

The delay was due only to no good reasoning.

We extracted three free books from their premises with my updated 'today' library card.

Books that were new when I had stopped my voracious reading cramming are now shelved in the majority alongside others and more desirable for me getting back into the game of reader with a loaning time period of three weeks, thankfully!

I found two of my favorite authors that had books that I did not recall reading.

Believe me when I say in the old days they could not write fast enough for me to consume what they had written and I would hate the wait for the next book, but expanded my author repertoire of enjoyment…to satisfy the hunger.

I believe I had at least ten authors that did the trick for me, and kept me reading daily, a book a day was what I did do then.

Voracious was the absolute truth.

From our public library we ate lunch at Subway who profess to have healthy choices and that is why I chose them and plus they are right in the parking lot of the Publix that was our next and last stop before home for the day!

Hubby had a cold cut sub with veggies, Yay, he doesn’t like veggies, and I had my ole faithful of seafood over an everything salad that I could not finish and that we used my cooling vest to keep cold while in the grocery!

We arrived home in time, just after 2 P.M. for my one and only still on the TV after so many years General Hospital!

And I was a happily well nourished camper with all my needs had been met.

Here is where I get my faith filled along with my mind and body for on this note of hope and love and understanding that we must all try harder to be people of one race the HUMAN allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you all to kindly count all your blessings and share those overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
