Cinco de Mayo!

Got your attention, hmm?
Here’s a site for the kiddies.

The beverages of choice are Margaritas and Piña Coladas.

The food for the occasion can be anything authentically Mexican and we chose for this evening’s meal, homemade Enchiladas. A first at home try.

Party moods aside, yes I am allowed alcohol beverages in spite of my heavy duty medication list, according all physicians asked that is with spacing hours apart!

Besides these are the tame 5% alcohol ones sold in the grocery, one each, cough syrup is higher, which I do not take, ha!

Now for the fun part… I was disappointed to find out that in our neck of the woods that we have been living in, that is on this coast, for nearly nineteen years and sadly there were no fiestas to be had in our rather small ten miles radius. Odd since this is Florida, with a very large Latino/Hispanic population, so unfair for all others although not of that ethnicity but who may also love to celebrate the occasion.

And so again food and drinks made the fun when there is none, and we are now done.

But I am more than sure most of you have found a place to call, ‘Fiesta Central’?

Moving on…

Many people have two faces, one they show their public and the one they show in privacy to a small few.

Sadly, I have witnessed this in people who believe that lying to people’s face is much kinder than telling them the truth.

This unnerves me to the point of nearly wanting to spill the beans about this particular person, all sweetness and light to her public but in secret a person without patience for stupidity at others choices.

In my disgust with the attitudes of their blind following I cannot tattle on this, in my opinion, type of non-rational behavior of duplicity.

Perhaps, it can be racked up to their desire to control their life through natural means and that have been tainted with toxicity or other impurities.

But no, I will resist my temptation to wrong this right.

Although, the saccharine sweetness of this soulless being irks me down to my own soul, and I will try my darnedest not to allow them to get on my last nerve.

What good would it serve to be the mean one; somehow things have a way of catching up with people, if we wait long enough.

Patience is an ongoing learning experience for me, maybe not for you.

I will have to try this new me out on this person, with being a believer in tit for tat; so to speak, it would be a fine way for me to feel that I am doing what they do.

And I can tell Hubby what I really think!

He is very good about that sort of thing.

Self control is difficult for me, especially when I think people are being hurt, but in this case it is the opposite.

They are being soothed, but not with a real honesty of care, more of treating them in a condescending manner.

There, there, fill in the blank; I suppose that’s not so awful!

But when they tell you what they really think in another venue, it does throw me into wondering why?

None of my business again.

But that’s me.

I suppose I could rationalize that in reality they are NOT hurting anyone, just not being honest.

And yes, we all know my honesty has gotten me in trouble more times than I care to remember…

As you can see, this blog has turned into an argument with me; I should do the pluses and minuses… oh why bother!

A person cannot keep up a behavior of dishonesty for all that long without someone catching on… and that is my decision, Mums the word!

On that note of a draw in my thinking out loud/writing out loud wars… allow me to be the first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask you to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?!
