I'm confused... but it doesn't take much these days, now stop that laughing!

Today, I received a postcard request for me to renew my driver’s license, which to most of you out there must be wondering whatever for, since this gal doesn’t drive these days! Besides the fact that it is up in July on my birthday like everyone else’s is up on theirs, nothing like giving you plenty of time to assemble your history of life on this planet, and boy I am certainly NOT kidding this time! (PS I could not renew online, you see if you did it ever you cannot do it again and last time I did! I tried it and it stopped me in my tracks!)
Well, I don’t drive, not for the last two and half maybe three years or more you see I have lost track, since I truly believe with my compromised eyesight and weakness in my legs that it is a safe choice for me to protect the well being of the general population at large.
And gosh this dependency thing is getting old, bugging Hubby to go here or there, but I know what I don’t do is for the betterment of man and woman kind. Oh if only we had public transportation here!

Any-who, I have given in to the fact that I will be just going to the tax assessor’s office that is where our DMV is, to only ascertain an I.D., but what I said in that first paragraph is totally true for these days you must have at least three pieces of information from your birth, marriage and working in this fine U S of A!
I have to prove that I am an American, and that my name was changed to Hubby’s last name due to legal matrimony, since they said holy doesn’t count. And that I have worked in this country via a social security card or 1099, and that we live here via a few utility bills!

Just before I came on to write tonight my cousin who lives right now outside of Cincinnati emailed saying that she will be moving soon her cat- n caboodle and all and asked if I knew any houses for rent in the eight hundred dollar a month or less category I said sure we have many!
Stupidly I did forget to tell her that I would love that; her coming down here i.e.
She’s my Cuz with MS too, in her youth she was a dead ringer for Farrah Fawcett, a college grad that worked for the airlines for many years and they wanted her to do their commercials, but she was too shy I was told by my mom, her aunt, and she’s an animal lover too, and would need a home on one floor with access to a yard. If anyone knows of one send that info through my comments here or email please. It would be much appreciated.

I did a search for a free spinal MRI and the company that I contacted said they would have some one get back to me in twenty-four hours, but alas they did not.
It was the Spine Institute coincidently the one that advertised last night on my blog; how truly odd! I think not so coincidently, do you?
Who knows…?

Any-who, today was a weird kind of day yesterday Hubby picked up a book that I was waiting for from our local library branch; the whole process from reserve to being told it had come in was done online, how great is that!
Oh, you might want to know the name of the book, huh?
Well, it is a Randy Wayne White, a local author in Sanibel who’s also a restaurateur with a few Rum Bars named for his main character 'Doc Ford’s', but he is world renowned and this is his latest called, ‘Night Vision’ and it is spellbinding and hard to put down, gee great authors hurt my good eye! Why, you ask? Well, just for the reason I mentioned, you cannot put the book down it holds your attention that well and you must continue to that next page…that’s what makes a great novel in my mind, how about yours?

On that happy thought let me be the first to wish you all a very happy good night and to ask you kindly to count those blessings and to share those overages and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear?
