Hooray, hooray! Today I was able to take the first step to some relief...

Earlier today, actually this morning, I called an Ophthalmologist that sees first time fifty-nine year old patients for free! And so I have an appointment for next Wednesday! He is also willing to set up a payment plan for surgery; well that we will see how that works…nothing ventured nothing gained; crossing my fingers that it is doable cost wise!

The other problem that Hubby and I tackled today was trying to find the cause of my chronic sinus trouble. I hope that what we did do will help the condition. Oh, you want to know what we did? I hear you!

Well, we had all over the house these dried expensive very pretty flowers that were gifted to us from my cousins with containers as well, yep the same ones (cousins) I speak of regularly, anywho… since I have been not able to keep up with the dusting, especially in high places and they were dust magnets that really were getting, dare I should say without shame, well extremely fuzzy bunnies!
I used to vacuum at all levels in our home but now it is Hubby’s job, and let’s put it this way… his joy of vacuuming is right up there with weeding in his mind I do believe, or maybe even toilet cleaning!

And so to make our lives simpler, which really is what life at our age and physical condition should be about, we bagged them up and removed each and every one of them!
My dilemma is what to do with them now.
They have been banished into the garage but that only adds to the clutter, any suggestion would be very much welcomed?

The other thing I continually find myself doing is while listening to the news about the healthcare bill, and hearing who is holding it up I email those senators with that two thousand word letter I sent to our governor, who by the way has not replied at all and that was sent on the eighth of this month. The senators have been receiving copies over the last two days; wish me luck!

Good night to all and to all count those blessings and we will too!
