This afternoon a young woman came to our door to offer free floor and furniture cleaning.
I asked my husband to get the bell. He did say yes at first to this 24 year old single mother cutie!
Solicitors are iffy in my book and I really thought he would handle it, and he did.
The deal was one of those too good to be true free cleaning for just telling friends and family about how well their product works.
I wanted to contact the Better Business Bureau to check them out so I called 211 info for that number also to see if they had any complaints there.
They suggested calling the Sheriff's Office to notify them, and the Sheriff's Office said not to deal with the business. Meanwhile my husband also called the county to see if the company was licensed, and they were not. So when he asked to see their license and they said they had one but not with them. He thanked them and that was that.
