Left adrenal mass raises suspicion for metastasis whereas previously there was an ill-defined fullness.
Significant soft tissue region along the left-greater-than-right caudal bladder wall which is more pronounced in comparison to the prior for which multiple etiologies could exist. Specifically, this could represent benign invagination from the prostate gland though seems less likely given the significant interval change A bladder wall neoplasm could be present and may lend consideration to correlation with patient symptomatology; at minimum, attention on follow-up"
They are currently scheduling a needle biopsy for the adrenal gland and a scoping for the bladder with a possible biopsy if determined necessary during the procedure.
Two appointments, first at the hospital for the needle biopsy and the scoping at the urology doctor's office.
