There is a 3 mm osseous density in the soft tissues near the acetabulum, which was not definitively seen on the prior study. This could represent a small remote avulsion fracture off the acetabulum. An electronic device again projects over the right flank. There are degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spine. IMPRESSION: No definite acute fracture or dislocation.
