If you weren't a wreck before this year begun... whoa its only about six weeks that this whole thing started for us? (That we were let in on the PANDEMIC!!!) Gosh it seems much, much longer! Don't you all remember when we used to get summer vacation from school as children that was six weeks too give or take a week...
But weren't we stuck inside with people we love.
We could go out and play with the neighborhood or go to camp or work or whatever!
Okay, so this is different... way different, people die daily in droves, not the usual amounts.
Due to something called a virus, COVID-19!
You must practice social distancing, keeping six feet away from someone so their spit, airborne moisture cannot reach you, but now they say the further away the better safer.
Self isolation or with family members, household ones if that is your situation.
Exercise and sanity should be practiced daily with three healthy well planned out meals and two snacks with plenty of liquids, water preferably.
Oh and rest, you should sleep all night!
Nap if you can!
Do zoom, face time call text the world to keep in contact.
Look up jokes, and for heaven sakes turn off the TV two hours of news daily is plenty... hear me now you are on a news DIET!
Plant a garden, veggies, or flowers, border plants.
Do some crafts...read a book, sing a song, play an instrument, dance...
Play board games, cards with the family... TECHNO MUST GO!
