Despondency is not anyone's friend.

Woman Screaming and Crying in Frustration While Getting ...

Sure none of us in the whole wide world knows when we be able to talk to anyone closer than six feet away or when we will have restaurants to eat in, malls to shop in, oh wait, nix that they were dying before the coronavirus... now we yearn for something we basically decided was not necessary due to online shopping that we still have but with care... let's, think of all the people we care about from family to friends to co-workers and the list continues to grow exponentially as the worldwide cases do too, and the death toll OMG does too!

The definition of despondency is a state of low spirits caused by loss of hope or courage.

Sadness and anger are listening to the news and hearing others being cavalier with the health warnings or even when the death tolls rise everywhere... but not knowing is also detrimental to all our psyches. In this case, ignorance IS NOT BLISS!
We must all stay informed in spite of how the reality of it all hits us.
No one should not do their part to stop this filthy life disruptive contagion.

Today the mold people were here diagnosing and testing our entire home.
It's worse than we had thought, not only in our walls but in our furniture that once again we are waiting on from our adjuster to determine if we can have our monies for this too. Replacing nearly everything in this house, couches chairs pillows my baskets, etc!
My beautiful blue queen-sized sofa bed in our sun-room, full of mold.
The twin recliner sets in the living too, full of mold.
The wall from the inside where the air-conditioner heating unit was installed in half the guest-room closet is full of mold and will be ripped out from there all the way to the little girly bathroom I recently redecorated!

The good news is they feel we could be back in empty home by Monday since they will be tossing all our furniture in a dumpster once the adjuster calls telling them it's okay...huh?
Confusion, concern and yes a bit of despondency or is this just a minimal case of good news-bad news? NOooooooooooooooooooooo!

Now Hubby just came into the trailer that I am calling our "little house on the canal" with extremely swollen ankles and hands being stiff, and not in anything we read has this to do with the coronavirus, thankfully! Fortunately while grabbing all the medications prescriptions and over the counter ones in our home to take into the trailer I did grab good old Benadryl that he has taken... for a possible insect causing an issue, and yet if it is caused by him seating on our lanai even with the fan going it was hot, not much different than when I sit in my motorized wheelchair in the heat my feet swell... then it could be that or dehydration?
Meanwhile, he is in bed with them raised.
Not good.

Thus my topic for tonight...although no death and no coronavirus, enough to eat, and a place to stay so we are blessed and I wish the same for all of you!
