Day to day the news is dreadful

Woman Screaming and Crying in Frustration While Getting ...
Again as long as we are all self-isolating we can depend on each other from afar to brainstorm on ideas to take breaks from our 24/7 inundation of the horror of our worldwide reality media coverage. Personally, I just turn it all off.. besides these days I have trouble concentrating while writing here.

Texting, face-time, are just a few in-house or universal ways to stay connected while distancing ourselves from our loved ones or roomies or the world!

Sure the news is depressing and factual, real, and I still recall from my Dad that when you reach the bottom he would say... the only way any of us can go is up!
My father would have been a hundred thirteen this past January 27th, born in 1907, but he passed away way back in 1986 at age 79!
Dad was an optimist and lived through the pandemic of 1918, world wars one and two as well as the great depression that began in 1929!

Odd what forms our attitudes in life it's funny to me too how I still hear his sage advice in my ear whenever I truly need it. Quite refreshing actually and powerful.
We all need to call on our inner strengths now to figure out what to do from day to day to help protect each other and ourselves physically and emotionally!
So that is for all us unemployed bums our newest jobs!
Research what has worked in the past for despondency in these hard-fought times or perhaps we have answered all ready to share. Then what better way than social media!

I am now 17 days from my hospital visit for my seroma aspiration, staples out and Baclofen installed into my pump of March 6th. Theoretically in the clear!
I have not been out except about two weeks ago to start the regulating of the distribution of the Baclofen in the pump, I go back this week for some more tweaking to my neurologist's office. Hubby has been the one in and out and he too feels fine so we are doing the washing the hands' for 20 seconds products purchased in person or online wiped down etc, etc, etc...! And all other recommended careful practices.

These concepts that I am throwing out into the world are mainly for the non-ill or not showing signs or symptoms that have decided to self-isolate out of logic and prevention of spreading unknowingly the virus, yes you can have it and not know it...and concern for all others as well as your own loved ones.
We fit the criteria though being over sixty and me with chronic compromising conditions.

Be smart and be safe!

Happy good night to all!

Count those blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
