Below are flamingos, manatees, seahorses, and turtles earrings purchased yesterday at the Farmer's Market at the History Park of Punta Gorda Florida. You will never guess how much? $1 a set! The earrings are in the back of the park to the left side of the main path, and the vendor is there every Sunday!

The rest of the morning I was filling out paperwork for the new general surgeon my FP Doc recommended I see, Family Practice, Dr. Rodriquez-Martin. He felt to perhaps see if my long term stomach issues, GERD and a small hiatal hernia that might need surgical intervention because of the length of time I was on Nexium 2x a day and Pepcid and Gas-X all in one day. Recently Dr. R-M said to try the Famotidine 40 mg. 1x a day for six months without the Nexium and other medicines although OTC three different gastroenterologists prescribed them all the same daily forever! FEAR!
And the fact that in spite of all I recently experienced another bleeding ulcer, so the new medication was used.
And here I thought that many stomach ulcers were found to be bacterial infections. Famotidine 40 mg. is like IV quality Pepcid Complete, twice to four times stronger though!
In spite of that, I have generic OTC Pepcid Complete in 10mg. increments that even so with forty I still hurt and they help if I need them.
You caught me I am an antacid junky... oh wait THERE IS NO SUCH THING!
Maybe, hmm?
Oh, again this is truly something MY BLOOD WORK WAS EXCELLENT!
We decided that its the GREEN TEA with Stevia 3x a day that has cut my cholesterol in half and raised my HDL and lowered my LDL as well! The nurse called it picture-perffect.
No kidney issues, in fact, my GFE was 71, below 60 is a bit worrisome and mine were in the low fifties and even once 32, not good at all so 71 is fantastic! No liver enzyme issues at all, all in the normal range again!
