Several unfulfilled stops were made, okay a bit of an exaggeration... actually Hubby and I went into Bed Bath and Beyond and found Hubby's favorite cashews and they had gone up in price, way up! So we left them and went over to Best Buy and Hubby had thought they carried battery TVs he had seen an ad or so he thought of theirs, but alas nope!
Thinking we had more stops to check prices elsewhere and so we did! Hubby got his cashews for nearly seven dollars cheaper at Sam's Club, and I got almonds too, gas was also a few cents less expensive @ 2.28.9 a gallon! From that stop, we also got more extra virgin olive oil, and paper towels, facial tissues oh and replacement phones, landlines, for our oldie ones nearly twenty years old and not holding a charge as well as they should. We were able to get three Panasonics for less than fifty bucks also while at Sam's Club!
Our next stop was Panera's for lunch Hubby had mac and cheese with potato soup and crusty bread, and I had creamy tomato soup and a Ceasar salad a two for smaller portions so lower calories oh and came with a choice for both of an apple, chips or their bread I chose the apple and we both had iced water mine, with lemon...
Last stop before home Wally's World, for some items for special occasions this coming weekend! and necessities too in groceries.
