Happy Thanksgiving and about yesterday, an honest excuse.

Yesterday I was very sick with my tummy and even added to my weight loss for the week now 7 lbs., too much for most on diets for one week but I was happy! Since today I am much better. I hadn't slept well the night before, so I slept most of the day finally and awoke for a bit but at that point, it was 8:15 P.M too late for my blog, although I have done it that late and later, I fell back to sleep...  Sorry! PS: I need to lose much, much more weight.

Moving on...

Our dinner for two, fruit salad, turkey, gravy homemade from heart-smart cream of mushroom soup and turkey drippings(bad) and frozen mushrooms added in as well, baked potato for Hubby and sweet potato for me, half of each was put away for next meal, everything else the same, stuffing combo turkey/cornbread, two cranberries also, whole and jellied, light version of bean casserole, with frozen French-cut string beans, heart-smart cream of mushroom soup, and those crispy onion rings in a plastic container that I have cleaned and reused for tube topical medicines.

Desert is store-bought, uh oh pumpkin pie a smaller one than we would make at home, and in deserts, like so many other things size does matter!

 Today's weather below again is conducive to the beach, pool or staying indoors in airconditioning!

 Hubby was kind enough to lower our 30 plus inch height bed approximately 10 inches to 21 inches, the recommended height for the oldies but goodies, seniors and disabled 19-20 inches, this is now as of today at twenty-one inches and that is way lower than you think unless you already have it there. Many platform beds are that low.

The many pillows are mine and so is the CPAP, and hospital-style table that Hubby had painted mostly white and the top was marbelized with contact paper, all done for my laptop that I write this on.

 It somehow looks like it...

 Oops, almost right...UKRAINE! WOW! I was right the impeachment hearings were in their interest, duh. Hello Ukraine, welcome to our support without strings attached, NO QUID PRO QUO land at least no one knows for sure, or do we, hmmm! Or is this a trick question.
