Our second bathroom could use a refresh and the damaged vanity was able to be repaired as we had suggested when we originally called Wayfair to tell them and email them pictures of the cracks in the wooden bottom, and so they agreed something should be done. Our choices were to toss it or donate or even keep it, and so we offered it to the organization with the initials HFH and they did not want any damaged goods, and so we were validated again and Hubby and Number One Son and even old friend from eighth grade said we should keep it and use it. With all of Hubby's BIGGER PROJECTS this past summer this one had been put on the back burner, so now inside in the airconditioning, it was a fine logical next project so it was moved from the guest-room into the living room, kitchen and sun-room/den piece by piece! And Hubby and I painted it Lowe's Valspar Seaport Blue interior/exterior high gloss, our front door color, and accessories in our second more masculine fun fishy nautical bathroom! Wayfair also had given us a new one that is in my girlie bathroom, and even a discount on the damaged ones, and still said what I wrote above. Thanks again Wayfair. Hubby did fill the cracks and sanded it for painting, this is not his first rodeo of this nature!
This oak vanity below was removed from the old now my girlie bathroom fifteen years ago, so it has had its run, it is rotting on the bottom from being splashed on too often. The newer one has legs that keep it raised and out of the water so its lifespan should be extended significantly! Color-wise too it should do well to add to the nautical fishy theme in this bathroom with a bit of whimsy! That is Aussie photobombing this pic, with scary seasonal eyes in red, weird!
Happy good night to all!
Count those blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
Take it, Bella!

I did this so I will be.
