Once upon a time...

Woman Screaming and Crying in Frustration While Getting ...

There was a very little girl who loved dancing and figure ice-skating both from the age of four well into her teens and anything to do with either of those things! She also enjoyed singing and sang in a choir in school for seven years and took private lessons from a Broadway professional for quite some time, it would have been eight years of the choir but by her senior year, she worked half days while part of a school work program. She was healthy but clumsy and tiny for her age.
And at times difficult.
This young child became a strong-minded woman and spoke her mind even then, she is me!
I started out okay like many of you.
Falling started early.
But took decades until diagnosed.
Way too long like many with this eventual life-changing DX Multiple Sclerosis.
Always knowing something wasn't quite right and so it was almost a relief to know what was happening since I was the fourth in my family to have it and no it is not hereditary or contagious. It appears the only reason so many in the family might acquire it is because of the location of growing up in the Northeastern part of the United States of Americal And being thereafter our fifteenth year of life, yeah odd but true. And so when we had the option to move south to Florida when our sons were ten and fourteen I said great!
It couldn't hurt, and so far so good, thus our landing here in 1986.
Neither son has been diagnosed with MS!
Number One Son did have a scare of Optic Neuritis, it can be a precursor to developing MS, a few years back but still, no other issues and I pray he doesn't.

Life goes on with each day something else becoming a possibility of another medical disaster. We do try hard to not let interference stop a normal existence but at times it can.
Interesting and challenging at times as anyone can tell you living with chronic illnesses that disable physically, and yet mentally you try so hard to be normal, but appear so much to have zapped issues creating havoc!

Many feel that denial can help or prayers or acceptance or whatever individuals find works for them I think it is wonderful!
Natural medicines, herbs, supplements also some believe are the answer, good for them!
I have seen so many different ways people handle this odd disease that affects people so differently as if it is a different disease in different people!
It's CRAZY!
Mind and body, mind and body!
The connection is real.
Think positive thoughts are grateful for small favors and simple things realize what is important, mindset.
Can change your attitude no matter what you have to contend with, be cheery, be happy, try harder!
I am so tired, nauseous, shaky, and confused.
How so many are better at this than I...

Happy good night to all!

Count those blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

Take it, Bella!

I did this so I will be.

Aussie shut it down!
