From my fall, and throat fungus caused by Breo, asthma medication not rinsed with water, and GERD, off the three days of pills and back to Nystatin gargle for a week 4X a day then hopefully done! The steroids seem to be helping and not hurting my glucose too much latest reading is 182, started with my normal of 96. Two hundred twenty is the danger zone and the need for insulin that I would have to go to a medical facility to attain if that occurred.

I went to see my neurologist Dr. Montoya today and I have to admit I was feeling better. From there we went to Publix for my tetanus shot due to the cut on my ankle from the fall last Saturday, it is almost healed but the hospital did not give it to me, and the Drs don't do that anymore, but Publix and drugstores do, believe it or not. Any-who it is done for the next ten years anyway, thank goodness!

Dr. Montoya like Hubby reiterated to prevent more falls don't reach down only with a reacher, better yet don't do it at all! Balance and dizziness create havoc with MS, Multiple sclerosis.

I did get the okay to increase my Gabapentin 300 mg. due to running out of my cannabis oil I forgot to re-register that is every 210 days after the initial acceptance but that is going to be fixed on Monday so the Gabapentin will only be a temporary fix, and who knows I might not need it at all, maybe? I was done September 24th such an arbitrary date but two hundred and ten days since I received my card in March. I don't know why they chose such a number it does total approximately seven months, but even that makes no sense, you would think bi-yearly or every six months would make more sense!

Now another $150 cash, since credit cards and checks have additional fees for these sales and it is necessary to re-register for another seven months then the cannabis oil for another approximately anywhere from $100 to $200 for my two oils, depending on which sized amount you chose. This is not cheap!

And to think all the great insurance I have paid for all my other medical expenses, I wish that the FDA and the insurance companies and the federal government adjust the situation, and the Feds to finally make it legal so in all states, grandmas and others do not get arrested when they or me need to travel with our additional medication. Especially since if we are out and about I miss dosing and pay for it with additional painful episodes!

Not fair in states that have legalized it that we have to go through that fear!

After Publix that we also picked up some non-perishable grocery items as well then Hubby gave me choices for lunch and I chose wisely the Thai Cafe, we each had their duck in red wine sauce for a change, less spicey than my usual Curry Duck! Although, I do love that!

Each lunchtime entree is $9.50 and comes with a clear soup with bean sprouts or other nice light veggies or what-have-yous, we have our usual beverage of iced water and sides of lemons. It keeps the bills down and in reality, we prefer water and lemon to other possible choices. All in all not a bad couple of hours.

Below is a picture of all the hard work Hubby did in the backyard, trimming is NOT For Sissies! A massive amount of work was done to clean up! The county has Waste Management come around with a clam truck, its machine that resembles clams' claws and picks up larger yard waste items!
