Feliz Cinco De Mayo!

Digest is:

"di·gest

verb
  • 1. break down (food) in the alimentary canal into substances that can be absorbed and used by the body. synonyms: break down, dissolve, assimilate, absorb, take in, ... more
noun
  • 1. a compilation or summary of material or information: "a digest of their findings"
  • 2. a substance or mixture obtained by digestion: "a digest of cloned DNA""

Is this more palatable?

"1. delicious, delectable. Palatable, appetizing, tasty, savory all refer to tastes or aromas pleasing to the palate and in some cases to the olfactory nerves. Palatable has the least positive connotation of these terms, often referring to food that is merely acceptable and not especially good: a palatable, if undistinguished, main course; a barely palatable mixture of overcooked vegetables"

Now is palatable a synonym to digest?

Not at all!

Close, but no cigar nor after dinner cognac!

We digest our food while eating and after, and we digest what we read by absorbing its content, hmm?

And life is more palatable... or have you... tasty, when all goes well, but a luscious meal will always taste quite palatable, got it? YUM!

If not you shall eventually!

Moving on...

Hubby just went out to pick up our dinner at our new around the corner Mexican restaurant Mariachis, and yes they do have a Mariachis band. Loud and clear on the other end of the line when we called in our order of two chicken Chimichangas with refried beans! My keto dinner.

And to everyone celebrating tonight: Feliz Cinco De Mayo!

Happy good night to all of you too!

Count those blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

Oops I almost forgot, again... additional info:

PS: where the old shed once stood Hubby is moving right along in spite of extreme heat and downpours, not to mention doctors' appointments he has been accomplishing so much daily!

The slab from the old shed will be the leveling system for the floor going in on it; it is still level after all these years circa 2004, and cinder blocks will level the additional footage with more cement if need be. But the new one does come with its own floor included.

And what you are seeing is the old shed floor with the new wood floor beginnings! As you can see there is additional footage on each side of two feet on each side. This new one is 12'X 16', and the old one was 8'X16'.

Hubby's initials, KAK, from 2004 when he had put the slab in for the old shed!

Below is just a small amount of debris left, alongside the pool pump. Hubby ran out of garbage cans!

See the small shed below back left will also be coming down, but right now it is not in the way of the new construction, and it is still capable of holding many items while production continues. It will be demolished after the new one is completed, since all that it holds will fit well inside the new shed.

I will be.
