BIG MISTAKE! On my part.

I had been shouting the praises of the Keto diet and falsely coming to the conclusion of its excellence in lowering of my total cholesterol by half and my LDL by three quarters and attributing it to the high fat and medium protein with low carb diet for being the cause. My irrational logic was from my personal experience or so I thought from using all light or fat-free dairy and lean meats and fish and chicken more so than fattier meats, and me fighting hereditary high cholesterol with a diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables logically! Annoyed but happy that Hubby could eat all those bacon cheeseburgers while I stuck to salads with vinaigrette, and him with low cholesterol and me always with the much higher... So of course due to Hubby, I snapped to a judgment that is why.
Made sense to me, only thing is I told everyone who would listen singing the high praises of the KETO DIET being this miraculous cause of my great cholesterol, LDL, kidney function, and liver too!
Well, the cholesterol and LDL were and still are I hope are normal now due to my three a day green tea consumption with dare I say my cannabis oil!
That I started both within two days of each other back on March, 9th, and 11th respectively!

As coffee has been keeping my liver in check, three cups of each a day with just stevia that nutritionist now consider a supplement! And one or the other or both are why my kidneys are also doing so well!

I do have intentions of staying on the Keto diet for the full three months and then switching to South Beach, and see how that goes.

At least now I know what to do to take control of those other nasty problems in my blood!

I am so sorry if I misinformed people, but as the world says do not diagnose yourself or rely on non-MEDICAL DOCTORS! Always speak to your physician(s) before experimenting with any ingested substances. Since everyone is different on how their body may react.

“To err is human; to forgive, divine” is one of three well-known quotes from the poem. The others are “a little learning is a dangerous thing” and “fools rush in where angels fear to tread.” Pope didn’t create the phrase “to err is human.”

Why not? I know not for everyone, but some of us?

Happy good night all!

Count those blessings and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!

We both will be, Aussie and Bella!

PS Hubby was sorting through the loft pieces, of course, the floorboards for the loft were buried in the stack on the bottom of the prepackaged kit!
So not a great photo opt. Till next time.
