This is the criminal below the contained smaller picture the larger one, perhaps I was incorrect calling it a pepper tree, IT IS NOT! I have since done the research that should have been done before I besmirched the pepper trees reputation with saying that they have black pollen. I have sent the picture above to the county extension, they have helped us before with floras mysteries. 

Moving on going...

As you can see below Hubby has made considerable progress with his demo project.

The smaller shed has not been demolished yet.

It is not in the way of the new construction.

And the items in it can continue to be housed until their new home will be built.

                       The pool pump above has been extricated from the demo without harm!

 Hubby has been salvaging what he can, but some portions just cannot be saved!
So he is cutting them up in smaller pieces to be disposed of easier in the garbage.

And the beat goes on...
