Both furry kids went outside, separately, but equally.
Next made them breakfast and dinner set aside, dry kibbles, and us eggs toast and turkey patties.
Today was Aussie the Australian Shepherd's bath day, and so I used my roll in shower with the bench and hand held sprayer as always and all went well even after I dried him and set him on his merry to his daddy/Hubby for treats as always!
I did let him get off the bench sooner than usual, since I do try to dry him as much as possible otherwise the 10' 5" X 6' 4" room gets soaked, and there is where I made the mistake!
I got out of my soaked clothing for when he gets bathed so do I, ha.
Although, after I release him to his daddy he usually a bit drier than today!
Any-who, as I said the room with floor drain since it is a shower without any step, and so I tried to dry the floor with his wet towel, after sterilizing the shower with Lysol and washing it off I had my shower, and my rug was put down after Aussie's, but due to the much wetter floor ...I tried drying the floor with the rug pushing it with my feet! And I went flying, walker went elsewhere!
Head, left side making contact and went bang into the vanity at its base as the rest of me fell flat onto the tile floor with my right elbow catching the brunt of my weight onto it! I grabbed my towel and Hubby's once naked on the floor, who knew if EMS would be called or not. Hubby ran to me and asked what he could do and I suggested to bring me my walker and lock it next to me so I could get up, and that worked. If not EMS would have been called. Anyway, from there I got into bed since everything was caught up, and now I have my mobile, landline, and walkie talkie all were also made available next me in bed for Hubby or anyone to be called!
Hubby did get to the grocery store in spite of my escapades!
Believe it or not I do not appear to have a concussion!
I do know the symptoms, since I have had a few before.
Right now I am very sore.
But I have kept moving all day via walker doing laundry, making lunch and supper!
Slow cooking wings from scratch, even chopped them in two, sauced them with a combo of hot and sweet barbecue sauce, adding ketchup and brown sugar and olive oil and water to slather them and slow cook on 325 for an hour and a half, made homemade potato salad. Hubby brought home Publix's newer Cole slaw and macaroni salad due to them going to no additives and pure like mine ingredients, so very acceptable!
Of course many other groceries!
I have been icing my sore parts on and off all day!
Tomorrow the weather like in most parts of the USA is taking a turn for the worst, so they say! Here torrential rains and nasty winds with possible tornadoes, by you I am not quite sure, but we are ready to hunker down, hope you are too!
Happy good night all!
Count those blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
