Does your grocery sell uncooked pizza dough in their bakery section?
Ours does, that is our Publix does.
Sure over the years we have made our own dough from scratch, and no it is not that difficult.
This time we did cheat, and have before with buying theirs.
All you then need is your favorite tomato sauce, Marinara, or jazzed up homemade, or freeze dried tomatoes, or none at all... you see when you make it at home anything goes!
We chose a new healthy Simple jarred sauce, lower sodium, and 2% milk part skim mozzarella.
Hubby stopped there without any additions, but I chose additional toppings of onions, mushrooms and spinach, all sauteed in extra virgin olive oil in the microwave prior to assembling on the thin crust rectangular pie.
Oven set on 425 degrees Fahrenheit, we split the difference, since some recipes said 400 and some said 450.
And so we had watched the pie from the glass window, and even checked it a few times as far as if the crust was just right golden not blackened, but done, done!
The time was set around ten to fifteen minutes, but all ovens fluctuate.
We each had two of our slices last night and the remainder we devoured tonight, that were the additional two apiece. Mmmmmm good, mmmmmm good!
Moving on...
The weather outside is frightful, alright not outside per se but on the maps are all rather scary!

Happy good night all!
Count those blessings and we will too!
And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
