Its here! My convertible has arrived!

Finally the wait is over! As of 11:40 A.M. this morning I am prepared for all outcomes in my fun-filled days! Whether walking pretty with my balance aid or if my body gives out and I need a push, even if I am half and half I can sit while walking and push myself... WOW what a concept!

I know, I know most gals at my age are looking forward to automobiles with convertible tops and not convertible walkers... or may be they are? LOL! I hope not, convertible tops are great... but in my opinion noisy on highways... I'm just saying we had a rag-top on our Jeep Wrangler, not good on I95, very noisy! Around town nice though...

You see how this one converts from a regular walker to a transport with its two sets of handles and drop down foot rest as well as the back rest changing position too...Oh, I almost forgot the really neat thing is that now the handles are up significantly higher than my old one and that adjustment that my other one was at its highest and could not go any higher seems to help me stand straighter which could only be better for me, true? And this one has three more adjustments to go even higher if someone should need that! Being short does not mean for you to stand bent over, I do believe that was harming my thoracic region as much as my knowledge now of having Osteoporosis there, at least I think that's what the demineralization of my thoracic region means. My calcification of my thoracic aorta means, according to what I read means that I more than likely have age related hardening of the arteries...

 This above PIC is showing you my yellow exercise band that was really beneficial to use tied on to the railing this morning doing my prescribed exercises; I could keep my shoulders mostly under water or even lie down with resting my heels on the steps. Although, I now feel that exercise or just my normal pain...

This PIC is documenting how fast and furious the Bougainvillea has grown/recovered from its chopping down!
