Jinxed!

While uploading Hubby's pics off of his phone of our Sanibel~Ding Darling~Captiva road trip to our desktop PC last night the wire from the tower to the phone was hanging down and Gus accidentally pulled it off the desk onto the ceramic tile floor and smashed Hubby's screen! All fixed since last night, Sear's did have a replacement. Thus my just pics minimalistic pictorial, so sorry folks I was too upset! Fortunately, the little notebook computer also has the pics.

Then today I went to turn on that ye ole trustworthy, at times, PC to pay the water bill that had just come in and I had a screen up and I was online and then the screen went BLACK! (paid on this little guy and copied the confirmation number down on the bill instead of printing it out, whoa, what a concept? Old dogs can learn new tricks, perhaps?)
NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING!
That is how many times I shut it down trying to reboot, oh Hubby did try a few more...
NOTHING! NOTHING! NOTHING! AGAIN, not even a flicker of life to it...

I suppose not having any anti-virus for some time might be the problem or the hard drive could have crashed as it has before.
But even then we had something; this time nada, nil, bupkiss, zilch, not-a-thing, blank!
The printer and scanner are both hooked up to it and they seem to have life still in them for you can hear them fire up when we turn ole faithful on...oh well, Hubby does believe this little guy/notebook may very well have those other components able to hook into it.

Is it me or just plain bad luck?
Sometimes, since being a child, I have felt it somehow happens due to my own negative vibes, silly I know and sincerely hope that I am wrong!
And quite narcissistic of me to think I have that much power...oh well...
We all have bad days, weeks, months, years...! I guess.

Moving on...

I got my stitches out today and a copy of the report of my two biopsies from and my ear has no cancer but a non-healing issue that now has new medication, a sample of from the dermatologist's office a spray type of steroid to be used twice a day for two to three weeks and if that still doesn't work a cortisone injection will be tried next!
And I did get written instructions this time and an appointment in six months for a check up, would have been a year but that little cancer calls for a recheck sooner!

Satisfaction and heard.

Adventures in new mail order medication with another company...is a tale for another day...new aggravation, uh oh and I thought it was all over not so as I can tell!

On that mysterious cliff hanger or not, allow me to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask all of you to kindly count all your blessings and share all those overages with you know whom and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
