I had been sitting on hold for quite some time...

You guess?
I bet you can.
Give the crowd a bubble gum cigar in pink!
Tis the season and a bit healthier than a real one, not by too much though… pink dye, using red dye #2 methinks and sugar and all…

Anger gets you... well, we all know can cause…

...Exhaustion and in my case for some reason unbeknownst to me makes me very sweaty.

Yep, if you guessed who could drive me to nearby insanity, a shorter trip daily, with my pals at Florida Blue at the helm of that ship, then you win that pink bubble gum cigar!

The issue again and this time is that obscure amount of $340.43 with the suggestion that they have not received the bill had come days ago but they told me to ignore it months ago, but in an email though this time, tonight,

“As of October 4, 2014, we have not received your current premium payment for case XXXXXX
Please log in to https://floridablue.com to schedule an online payment.

If you have any questions, please call us toll-free at 1-877-352-2583, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. If you have a hearing or speech impairment, please call us at TTY 1-800-955-8771.”

Meanwhile they received my online actual payment on 10-3-14 as I have sent every month through my banking online that most all of us use these days and for… (paid through online banking at the end of each and every month and you do have a thirty day grace period anyway, so they all say! But they get theirs within days after we receive our paychecks in social security and pension as do all other payees.)

When you call and speak to people there they say that they do have nine months of payments of mine though!

Which is correct, since this particular account’s premiums started in February, if any of your children or grandchildren care to count with me…February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, and lastly October! I see nine; how about you?

All payments accounted for therefore! Redundancy and pun intended.

We’re good; now if only they were too!

While I tried with my best by being a little bit too loud in my explanations as possible to tell them again, and again, and again that I have proof that they were paid entirely, they say that above and hung up!

But I was not done yet and hadn’t realized they had… OOPS!

They are striving to put me into a mental ward!

And if they don’t stop who knows they might have to pay for that too, since my deductibles have all been pretty much met! LOL!

On that note of even I can turn the corner to see the humor in this aggravating frustrating ignorance of dealing with shoddy accounting companies, allow me then to be the very first to wish all of you a very happy good night and ask all of you to kindly count all your blessings and share all your overages with you know who and we will too!

And next time please be here or be square, ya hear!
